Many trends come and go, however, sustainability and integrating CSR programs at events is here to stay. In fact, event-based CSR initiatives are evolving into yearlong sustainability programs. And, for good reason. A lot of energy and resources are involved with event-based CSR initiatives which leave the attendees fulfilled. Kristie Rogers, Manager, Recruiting & Training - M&IW

Kristie has been with M&IW since 2013. Kristie’s experience and knowledge of M&IW began on the front lines working in Global Operations, focused on Attendee Registration and managing programs on-site around the globe. During her time in Global Operations she became well-versed in both internal and external processes and procedures and she became a training leader on that team.

In her current role as Manager of Training & Recruiting for the company as a whole, she works closely with Managers to train and mentor new employees in all departments. Her training and development plans focus on both processes and procedures for various departments and all client accounts. Additionally, she works with Co-CEO Jean Johnson to create the Corporate Social Responsibility focus each year along with monthly challenges to keep employees focused on Global Giveback. Kristie’s passion is fostering the culture at M&IW and making our new employees feel welcome and giving them a good foundation for success!

Linda Whitlock, President, Corporate Event Interactive

Linda Whitlock-Graziano is President and Co-owner of Corporate Event Interactive, Inc.  She specializes in creating custom interactive & team experiences for corporate meetings and events.  Her genuine and collaborative approach brings authenticity to each program she produces. Some of her favorite programs include bringing contentious corporate teams together in friendly competition, engaging new-hires and students with their new setting, and coordinating heartwarming charitable team events.  Embracing the demand to give back to the community, Linda has orchestrated hundreds of purposeful events that have donated over 10,000 bikes and gifts to kids, 3,000 care packages to homeless shelters and veterans, 4,500 cancer care and activity packs to hospitals, 7,000 backpacks filled with school supplies, and much more!

Linda started at CEI as Production Coordinator soon after she met Ed Graziano at an industry networking event in 1993. As President, she continues to guide the enthusiastic CEI team in producing award-wining events. She is a longtime contributor to the meetings and events industry, actively involved in the MPI and ILEA Chicago chapters. When she isn’t collaborating with clients, she enjoys attending her son’s sports games, hanging out with her college-bound daughter and traveling anywhere with her husband Ed.  Linda is currently collaborating with local organizations to create more unique experiences for corporate groups to connect with the community. Catrina Sneva, Senior Program Manager - M&IW

With over 25 years in the hospitality, food, and meeting/event industries, Catrina possesses a great deal of experience and a diverse skill set that can come in handy in our everchanging environment. From feeding first responders during some of the nation’s major disasters to executing over the top corporate events. From coordinating the nation’s largest fundraisers, to planning and executing extensive domestic and international programs, Catrina has a great attention to detail and passion for what she does.

Catrina is a passionate food waste advocate and hunger volunteer as well as a meeting and event industry professional.  When she isn’t planning, Catrina is actively seeking to change the world and challenges us to consider that food has never been waste… it is food.
